To be honest when I first drafted my post, I could not get the thought out of my mind that it had to be some kind of hoax.

I am all for legal P2P but this is one thing that I hope crashes.

		<description>Good post. This seems unethical, illogical and essentially useless. Everyone knows (and if they don't they should) that when you buy a CD second-hand, none of the money goes to the artist. All of it goes to the retailer/seller. I assume this is the same concept.
Also, why would I pay US 45c for a "used" mp3 when I could pay US 30c for a "new" one on eMusic? Fools.</description>
