This one is bound to get you bopping away and singing along even though you might not know the words. I have to admit I find the lyrics a little off-beat and I don’t really understand the title - or the theme for that matter. But who cares! It’s catchy, fun and bright! (unless I’ve completely missed the point which admittedly occurs at times). Reminiscent of Belle and Sebastien and the John Steel Singers with some rock n roll riffs chucked in for good measure.

Go John! I enjoyed this one. It reminded me of Lior and The Whitlams. I hear his live shows are grand too!

An upbeat tune which is sure to get your toes tapping!
The chorus and harmonies are great… Thumbs up from me!

It gets you straight away. I like how there isn’t a long, drawn out intro. It’s definately punchy and it kept my interest with the different parts. Catchy chorus and sweet harmonies. Riffy but not too rock. An all round great song.

I think it’s cheesy. I’m assuming that the other reviews were written by his friends/family.
It sounds like he does his own harmonies (BIG no-no) and I think he’s totally confused about his direction.
The music tries to be rock/shuffle/swing with a touch of punch, but fails dismally. On top of this, the vocal style is like something you would here on a “Learn to sing in a manner your mum would love” tape. WTF???!!!
I want my bandwidth back!

Hehe, I just read a review by a Brisbane nobody reporter called “Ben Preese” or something. He had to write 2 paragraphs to explain what the song is about.
