Weezer’s Pork and Beans
Weezer’s new clip for ‘Pork and Beans’ has out-memed the entire history of the internet by reliving the best memes of the last few years.
From the classic Numa Numa video, to Tay Zonday and the Daft Dancers, it’s a clip that brings back memories of much time and download quota wasted.
It’s also been a monster smash. Everyone is talking and writing and blogging about it. At almost 7 million views and counting, it won’t do any harm to the album’s sales.
Everyone’s trying to go viral. Every band wants 7 million views of their song. But it took the gusto of Weezer to do the clip right and set the bar for other bands trying to generate similar interest.

I’m commonly not the guy to write comments on people’s blogs, but for this publish I just had to perform it. I’ve been digging around your website good deal nowadays and I am awesome impressed, I think you could actually emerge as the principal voices for the market. Not sure what your load is like in life, but in case you started devoting much more effort to posting on this website, I would guess you’d begin seeing a bunch of traffic soon. With ads, it may well become a sweet second revenue stream. Just an idea to ponder. Exceptional luck!
